Product information

Lead free solder rods for flame and iron soldering especially for car body construction. The solder has a very high melting range 230-400°C and is therefore optimally suitable for soldering car-body- parts. The solder is distinguished by its optimal gap filling, good wetting on steel, low formation of blowholes during the soldering process as well as good grind ability and highest stability. The zinc content in this lead-free car-bodywork solder arranges a pasty consistency at application and elapses and avoids therefore the dripping of the solder on vertical surfaces. The optimal consistency is achieved if the processing temperature is within the melting range of the alloy. Additionally the form of the pressed rods has a positive influence on the application.
