Seamless micro-alloyed rutile flux-cored wire for high strength steels. This is the first seamless rutile FCW with extreme low hydrogen for S690. It is excellent for use in positional welding where high deposition rate is required, suitable for temperatures down to -60°C. Excellent for use with ceramic backing and orbital welding in all positions. Extreme low spatter properties and excellent arc stability with fats freezing slag. Applications: High-strength low alloy steels, quenched and tempered steels, Offshore structures, Heavy equipment, Crane building, lifting platforms, Single and multi-pass welding
