237 is a metal-cored seamless wire which deposits a 2.25%Cr/ 1.0% Mo type weld metal. It is primarily intended for creep resisting steels of similar composition used in steam generation. Wire suitable also for use in the chemical and petrochemical industries where resistance to hydrogen attack and stress corrosion cracking in sour enviroments are required.
