Thanks to a special patented process, Multi Mark is the world’s first machine capable of making black markings on aluminium. The Multi Mark marking system – with inverter technology and touch screen – ensures, through immediate electrochemical marking reaction, at a significantly lower cost than laser and screen printing systems, high quality of marking definition on surfaces such as: stainless steel, galvanized steel, chrome-plated steel, carbon steel, chrome-plated plastic, copper alloys and titanium. Thanks to the different types of marking possibility thanks to Multi Mark: black and light marking (localized electroerosion). For the titanium surface it is possible to choose the marking from different colours. The strengths of the Multi Mark electrochemical marking system are: mechanical and chemical resistance superior to laser and screen printing systems; speed, corrosion resistance: the marked part is more resistant than the base metal (tests available on request); no heat input and guarantee of being able to make large logos and marks even on thin surfaces without risk of deformation; Detail quality comparable to the definition obtained with laser; maximum flexibility with the possibility of using multifunctional screens or producing disposable screens thanks to the printer kit. The high stability of the marking and the total absence of solvents, acids and hazardous substances also allow the machine to be used in the food, medical and pharmaceutical sectors (release and ion release tests available on request).
