Meltolit 6739 is a wire for gas shielded or self-shielded metal arc hardfacing. Complex carbides containing chromium, niobium, tungsten, boron and molybdenum giving the deposit a protection against extreme abrasion resistance and erosion without impact which could be superposed by corrosive attack.
Recommended in one or maximum two layer deposit and full hardness received in first layer. Resistant to elevated temperatures up to 750 °C.
Applications: For hardsurfacing Excavator buckets, crusher, extrusion screws, shredders, hammers, fan blades, sinters
Hardness: 67-70 HRC
