Meltolit 307Si

Tig wire for difficult welded steels and stainless steels against regular steels. Joining and hardsurfacing parts, buffer layers before hardfacing to avoid cracks and welding tool steels, manganese steels etc.

Meltolit 250 XT

Cr-Mo alloyed steels (1,5% - 0,5%) resistant to high temperature, wear, pressure and shocks. Good resistance to cracking and to the attack of sulphured agents. Guide roller, excavators, screw conveyers, gears, moulds, rolling surfaces, etc. 22-27 HRC. W.N 1.7384

Meltolit 350 XT

Cr-Mo alloyed steels (1,5% - 0,5%) resistant to high temperature, wear, pressure and shocks. Good resistance to cracking and to the attack of sulphured agents. Guide roller, excavators, screw conveyers, gears, moulds, rolling surfaces, etc. 36-40 HRC. W.N 1.7363

Meltolit 600 XT

For surfaces where it is required a fairly good impact strength and a good resistance to shocks; martensitic steel. Excavators, mining industry, cylinder crushers hammers, pneumatic hammers, knives, cutting and cold working tools, crumbling jaws, anvils, catepillars, screws, guide rollers, etc. 55-60 HRC. W.N 1.4718

Meltolit RC1

Used on Cr-Mo and Ni-Cr-Mo alloyed materials when hardness, resistance to heat on parts subject to friction, compression and good impact strength at high temperature are required. Repairing and/or restoration of cylinders, conveyor and guide rollers, shear blades, forging, punches, percussion hammers, hot and cold working tools of medium hardness 38-42HRC. W.N 1.2367

Meltolit RC2

Used on Cr-Mo and Ni-Cr-Mo alloyed materials when hardness, resistance to heat on parts subject to friction, compression and good impact strength at high temperature are required. Repairing and/or restoration of cylinders, conveyor and guide rollers, shear blades, forging, punches, percussion hammers, hot and cold working tools of medium hardness 45-50. W.N 1.2367

Meltolit RC3

Used on Cr-Mo and Ni-Cr-Mo alloyed materials when hardness, resistance to heat on parts subject to friction, compression and good impact strength at high temperature are required. Repairing and/or restoration of cylinders, conveyor and guide rollers, shear blades, forging, punches, percussion hammers, hot and cold working tools of high hardness 52-57 HRC. W.N 1.2343

Meltolit RC9

Tungsten - Molibdenum alloyed welding wire suitable for repairing high speed steels. Es. Werkstoff 1.3316, 1.3333, 1.3344, 1.3346. Excellent toughness and cutting properties, for a wide variety of uses. Twist drills, reamers, broaching tools, metal saws, milling tools of all types, wood working tools, cold working tools, gears, punches, shears etc. 60-64 HRC W.N 1.3343

Meltolit M7

For deposit welding of Mo-alloyed high-speed steel. Mainteinance and new manufacture of high-speed steel tools. Weld deposit without soft-annealing can only be processed by grinding. To be used for cutting tools, gouges, turning chisel, broaches, taps, twist drills, reamers, milling tools, cold extrusion dies. 57-62 HRC. W.N 1.3348

Meltolit A2

Suitable for the welding of cold work tool steel with high resistance to wear and good machining properties. Cutting tools, blanking and punching tools, shear blades, pulleys, measuring instruments, etc. 55-59 HRC. W.N 1.236

Meltolit 4130

High strength low alloy Cr-Mo welding wire used to weld alloys of similar chemical composition. Excellent duttility, good toughness and high stress resistance. Used in aeronautical sector, costruction of connectiong rods for automotive sector, fixing parts, gears, bolts, axes, atc. Hardness: 36-40 HRC. W.N 1.7218

Meltolit 2567

For repairs of hot forming tools as well as for reinforcement of work surfaces. To be used for anneal cuts, forging dies, etc. Hardness: 41-46 HRC. W.N 1.2567

Meltolit Co1

Cobalt, chrome, high tungsten content. Excellent for abrasion and corrosion resistance. Retains hardness at temperatures exceeding 760ºC. 54HRC

Meltolit Co6

Cobalt, chrome, high tungsten content. Excellent for corrosion resistance and wear. Most flexible of the cobalt alloys due to overall performance. Retains hardness at temperatures exceeding 500ºC. 42HRC

Shear blades, fluid flow valves, extrusion screws, roll bushings, valve bearing surface

Meltolit Co12

Very high chrome, high tungsten and high carbon content. High resistance to corrosion and galling at elevated temperatures. Maintains hardness up to 700ºC. 49HRC

Meltolit Co21

Cobalt, high chrome, molybden content. Excellent corrosion resistance, galling, cavitation and metal to metal wear resistance. Not recommended for severe abrasion. 32HRC

Steam valves, hot shears, chemical and petrochemical valves, cavation repair, forging dies

Meltolit Co190

Cobalt alloyed tig wire especially developed for the oil and gas industry and the rotary drill bits. Extreme environments with heat and abrasion. Hardness 52-56 HRC
