Italfil EVO WIRE 2

Solid uncoppered welding wire suitable for single pass or multipass welding on non alloy steels, for C-Mn steels and for fine grained steels. It can be used for boilers fabrication, industrial machinery construction, car production etc.

Italfil EVO WIRE 3

Solid uncoppered welding wire suitable for single pass or multipass welding on non alloy steels, for C-Mn steels and for fine grained steels. The higher Si-Mn content gives a good bead appearance. It can be used for boilers fabrication, industrial machinery construction, car production etc. Gives less fumes and spatter than coppered wires.

Italfil NEW WIRE 3

Uncoppered MAG-wire that minimizes spatter, silicon islands and fumes when welding. Exceptional welding wire that is very easy to weld and can sometimes replace flux cored wires. Works excellent in robotic applications.

Meltolit Cortén

Meltolit SGCrMo1

Meltolit SGCrMo2

Cr-Mo alloyed steels, resistant to high temperatures, wear impact stress and corrosion. Boiler pipes, steam boilers, pressure tanks.

Meltolit SGCrMo5

Cr-Mo alloyed steels resistant to oxidation. Heat, corrosion and wear. Sector of steam boilers, pressure tanks, thermoelectrical, chemical and petrolchemical plants, cracking petroliferous facilities and also slide guides, excavators, moulds, etc.

Meltolit SGCrMo9

Good resistance to strain, cracking, oxidation and high temperature corrosion. Low impact strength. For pipelines and specifically for the welding of tubes for cracking petroliferous facilities, steam and pressure tanks, power stations.

Meltolit SGCrMo9-1

The addition of V and Nb increases the resistance to strain, corrosion and heat oxidation. Excellent resistance to creep and hydrogen. Suitable for thermoelectrical power plants, turbine rotors, petrolchemical plants.

Fine-grained low alloy steels and also austempering steels.
