Meltolit 580

Flux for aluminium brazing (AlSi12). 

Powder: 150g

Melting range: 400-700°C

Meltolit 580NC

Non corrosive flux for aluminium brazing. Used with Meltolit 580 (AlSi12). 

Powder: 300g

Meltolit 600

Fine grainy flux for silver brazing alloys. 

Powder: 250g, 500g, 4000g

Melting range: 400-750°C

Meltolit 750

Similar to 770 but with shorter melting range. 

Powder: 300g, 1500g

Paste: 500g, 2500g

Melting range: 580-800°C

Meltolit 770

All purpose flux for all metals except aluminium.

Powder: 100g, 500g, 3500g

Paste: 100g, 500g, 2500g

Melting range: 550-800°C

Meltolit 770E Special

Suitable for brazing stainless steel and tungsten carbides.

Brown paste: 500g

Melting range: 550-800°C

Handy A-1

Handy flux A-1 is used for applications includes aluminium bronze, aluminium silicon and other ferrous and non ferrous alloys containing small amounts of aluminium or titanium.

Handy B-1

Suitable for brazing stainless steel and cemented carbides with both flame and induction. Applications: tool industry, automotive

Meltolit 850

Flux for brazing solder above 800 °C. Also suited for flame welding.

Powder: 250g, 500g

Paste: 500g

Melting range: 750-1100°C

Meltolit 5GF 72%

Gas flux used together with gas flux machine. 72% trimetylborat.

Unit: 5l

Melting range: 850-1100°C

Meltolit 5GF 50%

Gas flux used together with gas flux machine. 50% trimetylborat. Little less reactivity than Meltolit 5GF 72%.

Meltolit 5GF 40%

Gas flux used together with gas flux machine. 50% trimetylborat. Little less reactivity than Meltolit 5GF 50%. Does not work with low temperatures outisde.
